The Artist's Description:So and myself were driving along the coast in this black jeep that we rented from a friend (with short blonde hair – we didn’t mean to scratch her jeep up though) when all of a sudden we hear this loud

CRASH!

So then we come to a halt in the middle of the road (asphalt smelling of tires and gasps) and rush over only to find a puff off cloud curled over on the pebbles along the shore with clots of black sand under the soles of her feet
(because volcanoes do that to beaches)

Anyways so she was condensating her little eyes out…which explains why they were so puffy (like cumulonimbus types usually are)
So tried to console her by offering her an umbrella.
Naturally she refused being THE obstinate offspring of mother nature.

She had busted her lip on a single stone bleeding out oxygen and some other gaseous
matter.
As a matter of fact she was oxygen. 2Hydrogen, N, uranium? Ha.

Eventually she got heaved into the ocean by a tumble and evaporated back to the sky bit by bit, occasionally falling down on us, clumsy girl.

Flying ships. They've been done before, I know. But here's another version of one.

As usual, drawn and colored completely in Photoshop. No references. (Although I probably should have used some, since I don't think I got the goggles right. Can't...draw...glass....ugh.) Took about 12 hours total.

EDIT: I don't know if pics show up again on watch lists when they've been edited. If so, sorry about that! I'm going to try to make a print of this. As usual, I don't expect anyone to actually buy one, but erm, my mom wants a copy. (Heh heh).

Alot of my artwork tends to revolve around that fact.

I chose The Thin Ice by Pink Floyd to be the focal point of this piece due mostly to the fact they pf was high on his list of all time faves.
Wish You Were Here and On the Turning Away were both played at his funeral.

All photoshoped. i did this before i got to my dads, who by the way has no photoshop at all, so now Im downloading the trial, which on dial up, is taking about 12 hours. ANywho back on topic, I wanted to submit this, but DA at the time wa son read only, so I was pissed and heartbroken at the same time, luckily though, i hosted it, then forgot about it until i did a sweep of my hosting and found it, so now it shosted for your enjoyment. the deviation title character limit is really short i noticed. and i had to go with 'photomanip' section too, photographers might complain if i put this up in the photo gallery.. (original photo here)

this might upset someone i suppose. the purpose however was not to offend. it's just another concept with contrast... because the necrophilia part is just the base of the photo, the point is that she is...smiling and the moon is beautiful, just like her.

i was kinda stuck with the photo and knew i wanted to do somethign with the sky and so i asked the sky expert; ~ muuli- and he suggested a darker scenery and eliminating the biggest trees. i got inspired and went with the night theme totally. the moon photo is stock from sxc.hu.

by having my name on the gravestone i'm not really saying "please come fuck on my grave", although it wouldn't really matter. i rather not have a huge cross on my grave either. i just wanted to protect the identity of the grave owner and it was a practical way to sign the photo.
